Spaces are limited to 18 women (7 spaces have now gone) – first come, first served.

Salaams, I'm Nergis.
I'm a mum of four, based in Nottingham, and just like many of the women I speak to, I know what it feels like to run on empty.
For years, I poured my energy into everyone else – my children, my home, my responsibilities – while my own wellbeing quietly slipped down the list. I loved my life, but I had lost touch with me.
That's when I started searching for spaces where I could breathe again.
I found wellness – not the polished, expensive kind – but the real, grounded, accessible kind. Sound baths that quietened my racing mind. Pilates that reconnected me to my body without judgment. Hiking that reminded me how small my worries really were. Journaling that helped me untangle what I actually needed.
And slowly, I came back to myself.
I noticed something. As Muslim women, we don't always have easy access to wellness spaces that feel safe, modest, and welcoming. Many retreats are expensive, mixed-gender, or don't consider halal food or prayer spaces.
So I decided to create what I was looking for.
This retreat is my way of offering other women the same gift I gave myself – permission to pause.
I am not a celebrity wellness guru. I am a woman who has walked the path from burnout to balance, and I want to walk alongside you.
I want you to leave this retreat feeling:
Lighter – like a weight has been lifted
Quieter inside – less mental noise, more peace
Connected – to yourself, to nature, to other women
Restored – not exhausted, but genuinely rested
I am not here to fix you. You are not broken. I am simply here to hold space for you to find your way back to yourself.
This is my first retreat, and I am pouring my heart into every detail – the food, the flow of the day, the small touches that make you feel seen and held. No prior experiences are necessary to take part.
I would be honoured to welcome you.
With warmth and duas,
Nergis
