Escape the noise of everyday life and join us for a cosy autumn weekend designed to help you slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Set within the peaceful countryside of Nottinghamshire, this intimate sisters-only retreat combines gentle movement, sound therapy, nature, nourishing food, and meaningful connection in a beautiful private setting.
Over two days, you will be guided through:

Guided nature walk in Nottinghamshire (moderate pace, beautiful views)

Sound baths designed to promote deep rest and relaxation

Pilates sessions to strengthen and stretch

Guided health journaling for reflection and clarity
- Enjoy the spa facilities: hot tub, infrared sauna, cold plunge and flotation tank.
All sessions are led by myself – no external teachers, just a small, safe, and supportive atmosphere.
Enjoy healthy, wholesome halal meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the day. Please let me know of any dietary requirements or allergies on your booking form.

What to Bring

Comfortable loose clothing for Pilates, journaling, and relaxation

Waterproof jacket and sturdy shoes for the guided hike (if weather is uncertain)

Swimwear if you wish to use the hot tub or sauna (modest options welcome – the space is private to our group)

A journal and pen (though a small one will be provided in your welcome gift)

All mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets, and eye pillows are provided – no need to bring your own unless you prefer to.
Prayer & Modesty
Prayer facilities will be available throughout the retreat.
The venue is privately hired exclusively for our group, creating a comfortable and modest environment where you can fully relax and enjoy the facilities.

Reserve Your Place
A £75 non-refundable deposit secures your room and locks in your retreat price.
The remaining balance can be paid later, with final payment due 8 weeks before the retreat.
Once your deposit is received, you'll receive confirmation of your room allocation and payment schedule.
Spaces are limited to 10 women – first come, first served.

I'm a mum of four, Women's Health Coach, Sound Therapist, and wellbeing guide based in Nottingham.
Like many women, I spent years putting everyone else's needs before my own. Between family, work, and endless responsibilities, I slowly lost touch with the things that helped me feel calm, energised, and connected to myself.
That changed when I discovered the power of simple wellness practices — gentle movement, time in nature, journaling, and sound therapy. They helped me move from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted to feeling more balanced, present, and at peace.
I created these retreats because I believe every woman deserves the opportunity to pause, breathe, and be cared for too.
My vision is to create warm, welcoming spaces where Muslim women can rest deeply, reconnect with themselves, enjoy meaningful sisterhood, and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and restored.
This retreat has been thoughtfully designed with love and intention, and I would be honoured to welcome you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this retreat only for Muslim women?
Yes – this is a safe, private space designed specifically for Muslim women. All food is halal, and the environment is modest and respectful.
Do I need to be fit to join the walk?
No. The walk will be at a gentle, social pace with breaks. If you have mobility concerns, please message me before booking.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Most women come alone. You will be welcomed into a small, friendly group insha Allah.
What if I cannot attend after paying my deposit?
Deposits are non-refundable, but you can transfer your place to another woman at any time.
Can I request to share with a friend?
Yes – just let me know in the "other information" section of your booking form, and I will do my best to place you together.
